DYI co-founder Melody Davidson owns Interiors by Melody, a residential and commercial interior design firm serving the Kansas City area for 25 years. As lead designer, she sees furniture placement and the balance created by that placement as the foundation for designing an attractive and comfortable room.

DYI co-founder Kathy Wagner has traveled throughout the world studying design. She later opened an interior fabric/design shop in Atlanta. Kathy then moved to Kansas City and co-founded DYI. She presently resides in Atlanta promoting DYI.
